Tell Me About It
Lisa Rogers sensed that the house she bought with her husband Wes came with a ghost. But nothing prepared them for doors slamming on their own, objects flying, and the nightly appearance of a freaky green orb in their bedroom. Their two children had opposing views on the paranormal activity. While Keshia grew attached to the grandmotherly ghost who taught her not to be afraid of thunderstorms and the Native American spirit that tucked her into bed, her brother Troy wasn't quick to believe in their unearthly guests.

This amazing true story details two decades of terrifying, funny, and heartwarming paranormal encounters-the mischievous entity that imitated the voice of each family member, the spool that "came to life" to chase the kids, the shocking events that shake Wes and Troy's skepticism-and the enduring love that keeps the family together through it all.

My Thoughts
On Haunted Ground is a book wrote by Lisa Rogers who tells of her experiences of living in a house that is haunted with ghosts, and not just one or two, but a large variety of them that all manifest in different ways and different times.
Lisa explains how she first learnt about her resident ghost and how she reacted to it, and as her children grew how they both had differing opinion about them.  Lisa and her daughter believing whilst her husband and son didn't believe.  We follow Lisa as each chapter explains about the different parts in her life and the ghosts that manifested them.
I especially loved how Lisa explains about visiting a haunted hotel where they take part in a behind the scenes tour and how what happened there enabled her husband to believe.

I love reading books about real ghost sightings and actually had goosebumps reading this book.  I plan to buy an actual copy of this book when it it released to add it to my ever growing collection of paranormal books.
