Tell Me About It
From the NEW YORK TIMES bestselling author of WAIT FOR YOU, this is the story of Cam and Avery’s sizzling romance as you’ve never seen it before, told exclusively from Cam’s perspective…

Cameron Hamilton is used to getting what he wants, especially when it comes to women. But when Avery Morgansten comes crashing into his life – literally – he finally meets the one person who can resist his soulful baby blues. But Cam’s not ready to give up – he can’t get this feisty and intriguing girl out of his head.

Avery has secrets, secrets that keep her from admitting the feelings Cam knows she has for him. What will it take to help him break down her barriers and gain her trust? Or will he be shut out of Avery’s life, losing his first real shot at the kind of love that lasts forever?

My Thoughts
I loved Wait For You, so when I got an email with a netgalley widget for Trust in Me I did not hesitate in clicking and downloading. Trust In Me is Cameron's version of events from Wait For You. We get to see exactly what he is thinking when Avery fist bumps into him, and what is running through his mind in all the moments he is silent in Wait For You.

Trust In Me is not a new story but definitely an eye opener, and enables us to get full perspective of this relationship. A few scenes benefited from this new point of view as we get to explore both persons feelings on situations they find themselves in, whether it's the make out scene where Cameron discovers what Avery's bracelet is hiding, or when Avery goes to Cameron's to watch the fight and doesn't seem happy to see her.

I demolished Trust In Me, and even though I knew what was going to happen, seeing Cameron's version of events somehow made it feel like a new book. Getting to see what is happening to Cameron when he isn't around in Wait For You gives us a bigger insight into his life, his family, and what is really going on before he has the courage to tell all to Avery. After finishing Trust In Me it makes me want the next book even more, but also shows me how perfect of a book boyfriend Cameron is.

  1. Perfect book boyfriend! That's awesome news, I was worried he might come across differently in his own p.o.v. (Walking Disaster was a real problem for me this way) and I really loved their story in the first book. I'll definitely look forward to this one then! Thanks honey, awesome review.
