Book Review: Jesper Jinx and the Mouse Mayhem [Jesper Jinx #7] by Marko Kitti
Jesper Jinx has been a series I have enjoyed. I like that each new book brings a new misadventure for Jesper. They are quick and easy to read, which makes them perfect for younger readers, as well as humour that makes older readers laugh.
I've been on many adventures with Jesper, but Jesper Jinx and the Mouse Mayhem brings a new adventure in the form of pet mice. Jesper is determined to have mice as presents, and eventually gets his own way, only for the mice to quickly escape on a trip to school. Jesper is beside himself with worry over his new pets, but something strange is going on at school, and for once Jesper isn't directly involved in it.
Jesper Jinx and the Mouse Mayhem is split into its usual format with small chapters that show the progression of the story as well as images to show us what is happening. But what makes this story unique is we get to see a few familiar faces as they all play a small role in this book.
Jesper Jinx and the Great Mouse Mayhem was just as hilarious as the previous books in the series, and after all the misadventures that Jesper has had so far I am excited to see what could happen next for him.
