Tell Me About It
Adults think of childhood as a carefree time, but the truth is that children worry, and worry a lot, especially in our highly pressurized era. This book addresses children's worries with humor and imagination, as hilarious scenarios teach kids the use of perspective and the art of creative problem-solving.
My Thoughts
What initially drew my attention to Is a Worry Worrying You? was how dark and creepy the cover was, but then when I read the synopsis I had to read this one. Once I began reading I was hooked, and although this is only a short book, I would have gladly read more pages.

♦ I love how it explains what a worry is and how it makes you feel, especially relatable to a child.
♦ Explaining that all people have worries and it's not just the child made this a great book to let children be aware that it isn't just them that worries.
♦ The book is a quick read, which is ideal for shorter attention spans, but also has enough information to ensure the meaning of the book comes across.
♦ I loved the dark drawings, but also the hilarity in them too.
♦ The book also helps you in how to push your worry away, how to make it better for the reader.

Memorable Quotes

A worry is a thought that stops you from having fun, from feeling good, from being happy.
